PROGRESS!!


MAN, leaps and fucking bounds since we started this thing a few months ago. i never thought i'd have abs in a swimsuit. especially after how gross i look in that tae-bo video.

the truth of the matter is folks.....you need to go to the gym at least 4 times a week, and you need a personal trainer. once you gain some muscle, you can be a lazyass like me for the past week and not do shit, and let my new muscle eat all my fat. so, for reals, if you're in austin, call Paul @ 24 Hour Fitness on William Cannon. if not, get a trainer anyway. or import mine. clearly, he works.
