Pink Floyd... d'oh... Black Sabbath! Black Sabbath
Top o' the early afternoon to all you fitnerds out there in CPUland ;) The Fraudulent, and apparently shirtless, Dr. Paul here once again, criminally impersonating someone who makes 8 times what I do... and doin' it and doin' it and doin' it well. Let's talk about breaking your fast and why we don't use low angle shots or record video ourselves with absolutely no prior experience (woops)...
Breakfastology
I try to cover all bases for breakfast. Veggie, protein, slow-digesting carb, fruit, Sabbath. If you're going to have ice cream or scooby snacks or haggis or something, breakfast is the time to do it... just make sure you're eating breakfast, period. You have all day to burn these calories.
Here's some info on egg whites vs. egg yolks. I used a 2:2 ratio. After one yolk, I fully recommend going down to the egg whites only for weight loss amplification and cholesterol related reasons. I used 2 yolks because I need the extra fat.

Kickin' Some Bonus Knowledge
Around 2 p.m. stop eating fruit. Around 6 p.m. switch from whole wheat carbs to green veggies. Voila. You've just prevented storing fat via eating like a dummy right before bed time.
If you're not eating 5-6 nutritionally dense, snack-sized meals a day- get on that too. Your macronutrient ratio should look something like 40% carbs/40% protein/20% (good) fats for these meals. Breakfast should set the tone for your day.
The Only Index That Matters (Besides Your Index Finger... Very Important)
The Glycemic Index is something I'd like to touch on. Ah, actually let me rephrase that... the Glycemic Index is something I'd like to bump & grind on. It's foolproof. It's sexy. It's everything you've ever wanted to be, but never had the cajones to try in front of your peers. You freak. Ahem, anyway- the low numbers (55 & below) are slow digesting carbs that keep your metabolism constantly working. Stick to low numbers, restrict your caloric intake and BLAMMO! insta-shreddedness. Here's a link to a list of Glycemic Index'd munchies:

I think I started to say something about "having any questions," but I was crashin hard on all that Ritalin I wish I would've taken before hitting the record button. So yeah, any questions: tofightthegoodfight@yahoo.com ... who knows, if enough questions come my way, I'll happily do a Fraudulent Dr. Paul Q&A...
It's been real yo,
F Dr. P
